woo commerce product add-on

  • The Product add-on extension is not working after updating. The customer fills in the required field but I don’t get the information when the order is processed. I’m posting in as many places as possible because this is a huge embarrassment for my client who has to email again when they’re already filled out the information. I’ve submitted a ticket but I’ve got someone really unhappy so I’m getting impatient. Love the product, just need some help.

  • I’m having the exact same issue. I need the PRODUCT ADD-ON to push the info to the particular ORDER and corresponding PAYMENT EMAIL. I can’t find documentation on how to do this. I suspect I need to set a custom field for it.

    Same problem here. Very embarrassing and frustrating! All plugins have been updated and there should be no extras steps according to the documentation.
