Woo commerce shipping method for specific country not available

Are you using the default WooCommerce shipping settings or are you using any plugins to set it up?

• WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
• WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone (please share this for all zones)
• WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings (please share this for all methods)
• The cart/checkout page with the issue

Sorry for the late response, I was out of the office for a short period. We use the default WooCommerce settings, no plugin.

We use approx. 15 countries, which work well. They are there already for more than 4 months till 2 years. But last week we get this issue with adding new countries. No mather which country and which shipment method.

Thanks for sharing additional information.

From the screenshots you’ve shared, I can see that you’ve correctly set up Malta’s shipping zones and methods, yet it’s not working as expected. Also, you’ve added two zones for the Netherlands, which could be an issue for the Netherlands. Can you remove one and keep only one?

Once done, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

• WooCommerce transients – Clear
• Expired transients – Clear
• Clear template cache – Clear
• Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
• Clear customer sessions -Clear

Next, please clear your browser cache and then check again.

If the problem persists, it might be due to a plugin conflict, so I suggest temporarily deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue.

i’m sorry for the delay, but we had summer holiday till last week. I understand that it’s not the best excuse, but it is ?? . The problem isn’t solved at all, I tried all the options you asked and suggested, but it didn’t help at all.

Since the steps shared did not help, let’s try a conflict test to see if there’s something interfering with this.

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

— Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

— It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

It is been a while that we talked about this problem. But it’s solved there we can’t find any solution. We tried an other theme and also tested this with a staging site. Nothing is helping us as you suggested in all the info above in this topic.

The countries where we have this problems are Malta, Estland and South Korea. Is there something different for these countries which gives us this problem.

Hopefully there is still hope to solve the problem. thanks in advance

Thanks for getting back to us. It seems a bit odd that there are issues with these countries. Could you perhaps try re-creating one shipping zone from scratch, for instance the one for ‘Malta’ by following this guide? Before doing so, please make sure WooCommerce is updated to the latest version and that you’ve secured a backup.

If that doesn’t solve it, I’d like to check some other angles. Please send us the system status report so I can check your site’s setup for any other possible causes. You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support.

Making a new Malta doesn’t work, same problem. Strange that some countries work and others give this problem.

This is just hunch that I want to rule out: When saving the settings for the Free Shipping methods for these new countries, can you enter the “Minimum bestelbedrag” without the decimal and the numbers after the decimal (e.g. €125 instead of €125,00)?

Estland (dutch language) Estonia (UK language) automatic change on the site.

I can’t change the amount to 15 – it automatically change back to 15,00. I tried also free of charge, there it also gives me no options for sending out to Estonia.

The problem is strange and persistent.

I don’t know anymore what I can ask from you to get a solution ??
