I’m in a bit of a bind and hoping someone here has the expertise to help me out. Here’s the rundown:

I’m running a self-hosted www.ads-software.com site that has WooCommerce installed. All was going well until I discovered my WooCommerce account was deactivated a few days ago. ??

First, I tried to log into WordPress.com, as per WooCommerce’s instructions, but found that was deactivated too. No luck there.

Then I attempted to log in via my self-hosted www.ads-software.com account, but there’s no direct way to reach out to WooCommerce through that channel.

?? I checked WooCommerce’s website, and let’s just say their customer service left much to be desired. I tried the “Contact Us” page multiple times, but every time I log in with my credentials, I receive a message saying the account is deactivated.

This is quite frustrating, especially since I’ve done everything by the book—my site has all the necessary legal pages and my customers even sign NDAs. My business is registered and everything’s above board.

?? So, here’s the million-dollar question: Does anyone know how to actually get in touch with WooCommerce to get my account reactivated?

Your help would be greatly appreciated! ??

  • Hi @sociallysmashing ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing issues creating a ticket via?WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support, is this correct?

This sounds frustrating, and I’d be happy to guide you ??

Can you try navigating to?WooCommerce.com → Contact Us, and then follow the steps below to see if you are able to submit a request successfully:

Click on “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com:

Next click on “Need something else? Contact us!“:

A pop-up contact form should now be displayed:

Can you complete this, hit Submit and see if this goes through without any issues and if you receive a ticket number via email?

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, have you managed to submit an internal request successfully?

I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if you need any further help with this.

    Cheers!
