Woo Commerce Sidebar Parent Category

    I am creating a woo commerce store using the blocksy theme and am using the woo commerce sidebar widget to organize products. I am having difficulties customizing the main parent category. I want the parent category to:

    1. Be larger and bold than the sub categories.
    2. To create an accordion effect with sub-categories being displayed on click like in this link: https://ps.w.org/collapsing-categories/assets/screenshot-2.png?rev=2886482

    I have been stuck trying to create this simple kind of category with the woo commerce sidebar widget for ages! Any help would be most appreciated!

    From what I gather, the Collapsing Categories Gutenberg block in use is not part of the core WooCommerce plugin.
