woo commerce works sometimes

Ok I just realized you’re running on Windows! I have a feeling it might be related to that…I’ve seen issues like this with other carts where people are using Windows…

This is not to say it can’t work on Windows…but it will take more fiddling around with server configurations to get it to work.

You mentioned you turned off all plugins but yet it seems you have jetpack active…

Also do you have some kind of redirection in your htaccess? Have you ever had a caching plugin on that yet in the past?

After further review, I can guarantee this has nothing to do with Paypal. Your site is having issues…Even trying to go to the dashboard is causing havoc…

I believe the first thing I asked you to do is to turn off all plugins…if you would have done that, we wouldn’t have wasted so much time…
