Woo Custom Mails created and assigned, but not sent

    I really like the idea of your plugin and it would be very helpful for a site I’m currently deploying. We use WooCommerce, Germanized, Launchflows, WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor and some other plugins, but even the others deactivated didn’t bring the expected result.
    I have created 2 Custom Mails and assigned them to a virtual product for all three levels (on hold, confirmed etc.).
    It’s just not working, the client still receives the “standard” emails.
    Any idea about how to troubleshoot further?
