Woo digital download problem

  • We’re using X-Accel-Redirect/X-send-file for woocomerce digital products.
    Now there is a strange issue, the file is downloading e.g its 32Mb, but while download it stops sometimes on 27Mb, sometimes 29.5MB.
    It never fully downloads. We’re using dl.dropboxusercontent.com links (dropbox direct file links) in products.

    Hi @muhammadnan,

    This is an issue with the way that Dropbox download files work. In order to have the downloads work correctly, you will need to switch to the Redirect only method for your file downloads as that’s the method that allows Dropbox downloads to work without issue.

    Are you working on any solution for this problem? Redirect only is very insecure solution.
