Woo Discount Rules Dont Update Correctly

I use Woo Discount Rules to apply discount to my woocommerce store.
For example, 10% off under $100 and 20% off over $100 HOWEVER if the quantity is changed in cart/checkout…it doesn’t change the discount correctly. If the page is refreshed, the correct amount is discounted. I have a staging site with only woocommerce, woo discount rules, and a default theme Twenty Twenty-Four active. How do we fix this issue?
