Woo Downloads on iOS problems

    Hi,

    The problem is that on iOS devices WooCommerce downloads fail a lot.

    Then I need to send the customer a WeTransfer download link. That always work.

    But WHY do WooCommerce downloads fail so much, mostly on iOS devices?

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @iworldc

    What are users clicking on an iOS device that is causing it to fail? Are these downloadable files after a purchase? Is so, I tested this without issue against the most recent version of WooCommerce and the issues could be with the URL attached to the product or with the active theme.

    Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
