You are facing two problems:
1- There is a critical error occurring due to memory exhaustion on the web server.
2- At GLA, your settings only show the plural version, lbs. You want this changed to lb.

1- Critical error.
Your site’s System Status Report shows that the WP Memory Limit is set to 2 GB but the server shows a memory exhausted error at 1 GB. This could be happening due to a server-side limit on memory.

I suggest you contact your host and ask them to remove the limit on memory allocation so WordPress can utilize 2GB.

2- Change lbs to lb
Could share a screenshot of the page where you see lbs?
Once I see the settings page, I will be able to guide you further.

I fixed this outside of the GLA plugin because the plugin is sending “lbs” to GMC when it should send “lb”. It would need to drop the “S” before sending it to GMC. This is happening because Woo uses “lbs”. https://tinyurl.com/24y6hh5m

To resolve it I had to create a rule in GMC to remove lbs from shipping weight and append lb. It now works but this should be done by default in the plugin.

I did some internet search about valid unit being “lb” and not “lbs” for Google Merchant Center but could find any sources. If you could share more details about where does GMC mention that correct unit is “lb”, then I could make a report to rectify this mistake in the plugin.

Here’s a screenshot of the GMC shipping weight settings. https://tinyurl.com/2cpoghmk As you can see “lb” is the only option for pounds. It will not accept the plural version “lbs” and shows up as a red error notice if submitted as “lbs”.
