Woo Plugin for School Fundraising?

Just wondering if anyone has ever looked into setting up the functionality for school fundraising on an existing woo shop?

Basically:
1. Schools / organizations / etc. would be given a code that they would give along with the website to people wanting to buy the product to support them.
2. For schools wanting to track individual students, it would be the school code and a series of numbers after it that they can assign to whichever students they want. (ie – 50-001, 50-002, etc.) This batch will all be associated with that particular school.
3. People purchasing the product in support of the school would enter in that code at the time of ordering – maybe a custom url could be used too.
4. Shipping will be $0 for those orders if they choose for it to be shipped to the school (have it show the address based on the code they put in), or the normal shipping rates if they want to have it shipped directly to their home.
5. The order would go to the shop admin and would have a note with the code and school name/address so they can easily see it’s for a fundraiser.
6. Reporting – have the website be able to track totals for different school / organization codes so the admin can print off all the totals for a certain time period for a particular fundraiser.

That’s the client’s full wishlist – but I can’t find anything even close to start that kind of functionality. Is it possible with woocommerce?
