Hi Guys, having to post here as i get no answers from your paid for support!

look sorry to say this but I have had tickets outstanding for up to 13 days without any response or reply (example 398195).

Support for woo WordPress paid for plugins is honestly not up to scratch…

Both Yithy, and WC respond to requests and provide full answers and possible to solution to problems, when a feature is missing from a product that it wholly needs to function properly, they say no worries we will include in the release or two.

They appear to be active developing their Vendor products, and other plugins,

But when it comes to woo we get “that’s not supported”, or “I would recommend contacting one of our WooExperts”

Come on guys please up your game, I see no reason to pay for premium plugins of they are not supported correctly, improved and have missing features added to make them what they should be in the first place!

Updates within 2 minutes? … please don’t bump. As you may or may not know, this forum is for help with WooCommerce core, not paid plugins from *any* vendor.

Some tickets were lost and I’ve pinged Nicola to look at those including the one you mentioned.

Others of yours *have* had replies, but please take care when you actually reply back. E.g. one you had a reply 22nd asking for a screenshot which you just bumped without providing the information requested. Thats only going to further delay correspondence.

Also to note, bumping tickets does not get them attended to faster. In fact, tickets are worked on oldest to newest, so every time you bump your ticket moves down the queue.

    Thanks

Thanks Mike, Nicola did respond to a request from 13 days ago,

I guess Woo really needs to practice what they preach with paid plugins i.e

Poor Experience = Lost users + More support ??

It is not only frustrating for support but hugely time consuming and time wasting for those trying build & develop websites.

Support at the moment is more akin to a call center with scripted messages, in turn it creates frustration, more responses, more time delays, more support and more lost users.

It’s being worked on – scaling up is difficult. Thanks.
