Woo Price Calculator PRO some problems

Woo Price Calculator PRO after installatoin worck prefect first time, bat now:

1. When I attempted to load another XLSX-file to create the next calculator, Loading correctly made the step ‘Select your worksheet:’, but on the next step, I have seen fields of XLSX-file that was downloaded the last time.
I completely reinstalled the plugin, after fully removing the plugin directory of the server, but the problem remains.
Loading is now reach only to step ‘Select your worksheet:’ and after clicking ‘Next’ is interrupted.

If I need to provide you with access to the site, FTP and WordPress, please let me know how I do it as safely.
