Woo product carousel shows no more animation

    Dear All,
    After upgrading to WordPress 6.4.3 and newest Avada Theme 7.11.4, our product carousel made with WooCommerce product carousel gets static. This means, no more automatic rotation of the products and the arrows left and right are no more working. I’ve checked some hints from the internet but no one was working. Can anybody help me please?

    I found the “responsible” Plugin: Cleverreach for Woocommerce. After I have disabled the plugin, the product carousel is working as before. But why? I need Cleverreach and the product carousel.

    I think both plugin conflict issue so Please activated both plugin so we will check…

    Dear Ketan,

    I have enabled the Cleverreach-Plugin again. The carousel now stucks. The error on the page is (browser debuger):

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘addEventListener’)
    at cleverreach.checkout-8-3-0.js?ver=13:6:15
    at dispatch (jquery-3.7.1.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:40035)
    at v.handle (jquery-3.7.1.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:38006)
