    Hi.

    We have an issue with Woocommerce showing wrong URL, except on orders in admin side.

    It happened randomly just one day.

    Any ideas? The usually default theme, disabling plugins etc didn’t help. Maybe you know which table is responsible for this in DB? Could try to find it there, maybe something has gone wrong with the migration process.

    Woo version: Version 5.4.2, but also happens on latest version. No other Woo related plugins are used.

    Weirdly enough, if I try to access report or any other Woo link manually, I get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”. Permalinks are good and the rest of the page and admin works fine.

    Hi @ryanlv,

    It sounds like your WordPress permalinks are broken. In this case, you can use the steps below to reset the permalinks in WordPress.

    1. Backup your site before performing any troubleshooting
    2. Log in to WordPress Admin
    3. Go to Settings > Permalinks.
    4. Change the permalink structure to Plain.
    5. Click Save Changes.

    You can also flush WordPress permalinks using different methods as explained here:

    No, permalinks are not broken.

    As I mentioned, the rest of the site works fine, same for admin side.

    Just in case we already tried this few times before.

    That’s strange! In order to help you to troubleshoot this issue, please share the following WooCommerce logs:

    • System Status: found under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs
