Woo Shipping and Paypal Shipping dont match

    I am having an issue where shipping is getting applied twice on some orders. The Woocommerce Shipping Cost is correct but when the charge is being processed by Paypal it is getting applied twice and I am getting the error below and the order goes on HOLD.

    “Validation error: PayPal amounts do not match (gross 21.08). Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.”

    It only seems to happen on orders that have two different products in the cart.

    The only thing this plugin does is calculating available shipping options. Then, it passes them to WooCommerce, and WooCommerce and maybe other plugins handle them further. So it looks like an issue with the PayPal payment method or some other plugin.
