    i haveentered my email id wrong and now i need support because i am having a critical error on my website but no one is helping or replying please helpi am loosing a lot of customer

    hy while making the purchase i entered my email id as [email protected] instead of [email protected] and now i need there support but i am not able to log in…the error is that firstly the customer is not redirected to correct thank you page secondly the balance amount is not written corectly thirdly the custome is not getting any confirmation message if they pay through woosmartcod pro

    Oh I see, you bought the pro version but entered the wrong email address, the plug-in developer should see this soon and should be able to help you out.

    The Thank you page, check out “woocommerce end points” you will see the thank you page there.
    Just to check, do you have a “thank you page” plug-in?

    Is your site live? Are your emails working for a normal sale? If you do a test sale for yourself does it work?
    Try to install “email test” plug-in, this will test if your emails are working.

    They are not helping me with my error … the remaining amount of the order is always wrong loosing a lot of money due to them
