    Hi

    I just noticed that my “Customer Processing Order” email is not the one I have made with Kadence.

    The one that client gets is the standard Woo version and not the one I made.

    How can I fix this so Kadence is the “boss” of email design towards clients.

    Hey,
    Have you cleared all your cache since enabling this plugin? Are your other email types working as they should?

    Hi Hannah

    Yes, cache is cleared.

    As far as I can see the issue is in “Customer Processing Order” that goes to the client, and the “New Order” that goes to me.

    I have used Kadence for more than 6 months, no issue with this earlier.

    I have studied my outbox and all worked fine until 14 June, after that date Woo changed to use the Woo template. So date of change was 15 June.

    Hi @ocean75,

    Kindly go to WooCommerce > Status, scroll down until you see the Templates section, and check if you have any email templates override within your theme.

    If you do, kindly rename or delete those files so that the plugin email customizations will work properly.

    Hi

    I think I solved the issue!

    Had to go to Woo – Tools and run the “clear template caching” tool.

    Then the emails went back to Kadence versions, at least for now.
