Woo Subscription – Auto Renew Accounts

    If a customer purchases a subscription using WooCredits and the customer no longer has credits in their account when the subscription is set to renew…

    What happens?

    Does the customers credit card account automatically get charged to add WooCedits into their account?

    Looks like crickets chirped here for a while! Sorry about that. The vast majority of our support happens over at woocredits.supportico.us. Need to check why I’m not getting email notifications from WordPress forum. To answer your original question, assuming you are using Woo Commerce Subscription plugin, credits are added to the customer’s account in exchange for currency every time the subscription is set to renew. So the situation you outline isn’t possible as credit subscriptions are paid in currency for more credits and not credits for credits. Hope that makes sense. Thanks and have a great day!
