Hi, when a client switches to a non-default currency and creates a subscription, does the renewal price get updated with the renewal date’s FX or is it fixed on the date that the purchase was made?

    Cheers,
    Vinny

    Hello useStrict,

    Thanks for contacting us today!

When a client switches to a non-default currency and creates a subscription, the renewal price will get the current exchange rate, FYI.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

    Many thanks!

    Hi Mia,

Just to be clear… you’re saying that the renewal value will be the default value * currency exchange rate of the day of renewal. It does not get locked in with the rate of the first purchase, yes?

    Hi useStrict,,

Correct, it will count based on the day of the renewal.
