woo wrong paid out amount

    I have just started using woo commerce. I noticed that this month, Woo deposited the wrong amount. Missing $5.00. on the transition record, it is showing $7.04 but only deposited $2.04. Can anyone help?

    I’m sorry to hear about the discrepancy you’ve noticed with your deposit. This is not a common issue, and we certainly want to rectify this for you.

    However, could you please share with us the payment gateway plugin you’re using, as that plugin should be the one responsible with handling payouts to your bank account.

    Perfect, this is exactly what I was referring to. WooCommerce is not in charge of Payments but the WooPayments plugin. For clarity, this forum only focuses on issues related to the WooCommerce core plugin, thus we’re unable to proceed with further assistance as this is not a WooCommerce related issue.
