    Hi there, it sounds a lot like what happens when the offer code is missing. If you open up the offer on Woobox, there is a WordPress Embed screen (over on the left sidebar under “embed”) which will give you the exact code to copy and paste onto your page. Once you’ve published a page with that code on it, our plugin should handle the rest.

    I would do another check to make sure that code is the one that you are using. If they do match and you’re still getting that message, let us know so we can dig deeper.
