I see that you would like to download WooCommerce 4.9. However, I want to recommend you the WP Rollback plugin, which will allow you to roll back to any version of any plugin that you would like to.

I’d like to add a bit to what @gabrielfuentes said. While using WP Rollback is the method I’d suggest as well, I’d also urge you to update to the newest versions of WooCommerce as soon as you can, as older versions can expose your site and customers to security issues.

I changed in Settings-> General administration email address, but when a new subscriber is signed up, I get an email in the old email address I want all emails from my site will be sent to this new address.
