Woocomerce checkout shows two shipping methods

  • Customers are confused (and so am I) because when they go to checkout, it shows Flat Rate and Priority, but I’m only shipping priority. They choose the cheaper method. I’ve done everything to customize shipping classes. The word “Priority” comes from when I did the formula in Woocommerce shipping settings for flat rate. I need a better shipping solution.

    Here’s what they see.

    Product Total
    Cart Subtotal $30.00
    Shipping and Handling

    Flat Rate: $14.00

    Priority: $18.00

    Local Pickup (Free)
    Order Total $44.00
    16 oz Pound Seasoning × 1 $20.00
    8 oz Pound Seasoning × 1 $10.00

    Hi, On my setup I am able to rename “Flat rate” to “Priority” in Woocommerce settings / Shipping tab / Flat rate link / Method title. The customer sees the settings from the Flat rate setup, but they only see the name “Priority”. Hope this helps.
