We are facing issues with WooCommerce on our sites related to:

Free shipping being applied incorrectly, for example:

A customer made a purchase of $82.65 and was able to select free shipping, despite the minimum value being $250. When simulating with a single product, the free shipping option appears regardless of the total value.

Discount coupons not being applied correctly, for example:

On one site, the discount from valid coupons is not being applied to the total order.

Inconsistencies in free shipping thresholds across sites, for example:

On one site, free shipping is available for orders above $250, but incorrectly below this value. On another site, free shipping is being offered for orders above $400, which may not match our standard policy.

    Hi @braganet,

I understand you’re experiencing issues where free shipping is incorrectly applied even when the order doesn’t meet the minimum amount, and valid discount coupons are not being applied to orders on some sites.

To help troubleshoot further, could you please share a screenshot or video recording of the current setup? I’d also like you to confirm the following:

    • Under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Free Shipping, make sure the “Free Shipping Requires” option is set to “A minimum order amount” and that the specified amount matches your intended threshold.
    • Navigate to WooCommerce > Marketing > Coupons and edit the specific coupon. Under the Usage Restriction tab, check for any conflicting restrictions, such as excluding sale items or specific products. Finally, verify that the coupon is active and has not expired.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
