• Hi, I bought the woocommerce extension for video conferences with zoom. I’m trying to make it work for on-demand webinars, so after creating the course in wordpress, I log into zoom and turn on “Registration required” & “Make the webinar on-demand”. When I do a test registration though, the registration shows up in wordpress, but does not register into zoom. Is there a way to make that work? Also, if the plugin doesn’t work with “Registration required”, is there anything preventing students from just sharing the webinar link to anyone else to watch?

    Sorry for the confusion. To make native Zoom registration to work with integration to WooCommerce extension you’ll this extension as well: i.e PRO VERSION/

    Integration with WooCommerce only shows the list of people who have purchased the meeting in list and has nothing to do with Zoom side. However, enabling PRO Version will add student to Zoom directly as well.

    Enabling registration directly from Zoom side will not work in WordPress side without the PRO version of the plugin.

    Also, if the plugin doesn’t work with “Registration required”, is there anything preventing students from just sharing the webinar link to anyone else to watch?

    Hi, thanks for the prompt response. I did already pay for that, but there is absolutely no customer support from them, I’ve sent 3 messages over the last week, even offering to pay them for custom work.. no response. Your plugin is great, and appreciate your offering it for free, but I wouldn’t suggest that anyone purchase the paid plugins, as you are on your own with those.

    I logged in, went to https://www.codemanas.com/support/ and then “Ask Us”. One of my messages was answered almost a week later, the other two not at all. Is there an email I should be sending support questions that has a faster response time?
