Woocomerce Language wrong

Just to check, have you set the site language to English via WP-Admin → Settings → General > Site Language or through a translation plugin?

Additionally, we’d like to take a closer look at the sections that are in Danish. Could you kindly share with us the URL?

If your Site Language is already set to English (in your WordPress Settings), then it could be that a Plugin or some configuration on your site is causing the problem.

Can i change the default checkout page?

To change the default Checkout Page, you can use the suggestions here or use an extension such as Checkout Field Editor to change the fields shown on the Checkout Page.

First, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

I don’t think reinstalling will fix it. I would still suggest conflict testing on a staging site if your host gives you the ability to create one.

If not, it’s also possible to do it using the free [WP Staging](https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/) plugin.

Hi there,

Thanks for sending over your System Status.

It appears that you have installed and activated a few translation or multilingual plugins (WPML Multilingual CMS, WooCommerce Multilingual, etc). Can you temporarily deactivate all those plugins and test the site again?

If you don’t see the Danish terms then turn each plugin back on, checking after each. When the Danish terms are back you’ll know where the conflict is.

As previously advised, ideally you would need to run a full conflict test by changing the theme and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce. If you’re not able to perform the test on your live site we suggest duplicating and creating a staging site.
