    Hello everyone,

I’m trying to make a small shop for stickers. Not everything is optically ok, but I wanted to test the functionality first.

I can carry out all the steps, but nothing is forwarded to the step (address and pay now). I stay in the checkout without a completed order.

    What could be the problem?

    Thank you for your help.

    Best regards

    Hi @nobrandsquad,

When inspecting the Console tab on your site using the developer tools of the browser I’ve found that caching plugins are probably behind that behavior. You’ll want to exclude My Account, Cart and Checkout pages from caching and also turn off cache at the server for those pages.

You can read more on how to configure caching plugins here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Robin,

While checking your site, all items I came across are out of stock so I was unable to test further to get to the checkout page.

    However, regarding this part:

have tried this option now unfortunately it does not work now.

So that we get more context, what seems not to work after excluding cache as my colleague @rainfallnixfig explained?

    Thanks.

    Hi there ??

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Before you start

First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database.

Second, I would suggest installing a plugin called?Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi, everyone,

I found the error it is the plugin: WooLentor.

But if I deactivate this plugin I no longer have my shop in the website design and can then no longer optically adjust anything.

Is there another solution than integrating my shop with my design into my website?

    Best regards
    Robin

    Hi @nobrandsquad

I’d first contact the developer of WooLentor to report the issue. If they can fix it, you will be able to continue using the plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woolentor-addons/

    Hi @nobrandsquad

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions about core WooCommerce, please feel free to open a new topic.
