Two questions, The AE isn’t integrated in CE? . an another thing is that I set up the affiliate “ofer” in CE and Theme options:

Offer in general settings:

Enable module
Add : shortcodes only.

Save data from Content Egg to post offer section
Offer

This option will store data from Content Egg modules to main offer of post. Works only with enabled Content Egg plugin

When I search products with CE , there is no results.

AE is not bundled with CE plugin.
