WooComm Install has different page templates

The WooComm pages have installed with some pages recognising the default template (a near full width, white box page – like this https://mikemetcalfe.co/e-store/cart/)

but others i.e the shop and single product page display without recognising the background… like this https://mikemetcalfe.co/product/hotel-real-estate-financial-model-investment-template/

Does anyone know why? And how can this be fixed so all display a white border pages?
