WooComm & reCaptcha incompatibility

    Apparently trying to use the ReCaptcha and WooCommerce together does not work.

    I tried to use it on one of my sites and when I tried to log in it told me the login had to be Verified and sent an email.

    But the email didn’t work and sent me back to the Admin login instead of the website login where it started. I found a news bite that said it was incompatible with WooCommerce login and when I removed the reCaptcha EVERYTHING started working correctly.

    SOOOOOO. When is WooCommerce going to get this fixed…?

    Hi @richcb7,

    Sounds like you are experiencing a plugin conflict on your site. Without additional details, it’s hard to identify what the exact issue is. Are you using a ReCaptcha plugin that is not working with your site?

    If so, I would suggest the reCaptcha for WooCommerce extension, as that is built to work with WooCommerce specifically.

    Really!?

    WooCommerce getting greedy wanting to be paid for a function that should be updated internally to the main app.

    Now that’s a first!

    The one who reported you was WordFence! Saying it was incompatible and should be updated, maybe in the future.

    Haaaa Haaaa!

    The service is becoming a crook!

    Time to consider looking else where.

    Both WooCommerce and JetPack are too big for their own diapers and leaking from overeating at the table of service. And all they want it more!

    For clarification, you are welcome to use other reCaptcha plugins as there are free options out there. Please note, we only provide support for our official extensions, along with the core WooCommerce plugin.

    I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved, as I’m not seeing any questions in your latest response.
