    Well the problem is that I”m trying to get a fix on the product add-on extension that is making it very inconvenient for the client, the trouble just started with the WooCommerce update on the site. Since their response time is 2-3 days that will double if I first ask them how to get the report then wait for the response about the product add-on after that.

    So I was trying here.
