    Dear Support,
    I have just updated the woocommerce plugin and now the online shop is a real mess!!!

    I have updated all the files requested for woocommerce (which were out of date in the virtue theme).

    Everything is just a mess!
    Can you please help!!!

    Hey,
    Are you using the latest version of the theme? Try deactivating other plugins to see if one is conflicting. Let me know if there’s no change.

    Hello Hannah,

    For days I have installed and reinstalled the woocommerce plugin and virtue premium theme and in different orders, reinstalled backups to get back to shop as it was without any success and the shop doesn’t work anymore !
    Today all the files look updated to the latest versions but I cannot add any products in the basket and the products variations do not work anymore either…!!!

    Please help as I am loosing orders now! Did you encounter similars issues ?

    My two other shops (italian and english versions) are working because I haven’t totally updated the new woocommerce plugin: there is still the mention to update the data of the plugin eventhough the 2.4.7 appears to be installed…

    Hey,
    You have to run the woocommerce database updater once you are using the latest version. If you haven’t run that do that now.

    Then in your w3 total cache settings clear all your cache and turn off your minify and test.

    Hello,
    The woocommerce database was already updated on that site. It seems to make a difference indeed with the minify settings… but some products variations still do not work out (see the link)

    I just added that product to the cart?
    Did you clear your browser cache?

    Hi,
    Yes thank you. I think the minify settings of the W3TC was the problem. Also I use a CDN which makes s delay in implementing live updates. Does that mean I should not use W3TC minify options ?

    I use minify on sites, It’s just a matter of your settings and making sure that when an update happens they are completely cleared and rebuilt. I encourage you do some testing.

    Hello,
    I am back to you on this topic as I cannot edit/manage the stock in all the online shops with the last updates… If I select ‘toggle manage stock’ or ‘stock’ then the ‘go’ button doesn’t work + I cannot expand the items !
    Any idea on this issue ?

    Have you tried deactivating plugins? Sounds like you have an error in your admin.

    Where are you seeing “toggle manage stock”
