    Hi @dinodrumz,

I’m afraid I can’t help you there. You’ll need to contact the Flatsome folks for help.

    Sorry about that.

    Kevin.

I have the same error code but when I go into my funtions.php my line 4137 says this

    trigger_error( sprintf( __( ‘%1$s was called incorrectly. %2$s %3$s’ ), $function, $message, $version ) );

This is what my says and I for the life of me can’t figure out what is going on.

We use WeDevs/Dokan Multi-Vendor mod for our store. Was thinking of switching to YITH to see if it would fix this problem.

    Hi @withlove973

This forum is for issues specifically related to the Custom Product Tabs plugin. I don’t believe you’re using this plugin. You’ll need to contact the Dokan Multi-Vendor folks.

    Sorry about that.

    Kevin.

    Hi there!

I’ve reset my complete WP site last night in order to fix erros. I’m using Paid Membership Pro + WooCommerce. At present I’ve added only two variable products in WC and already I have the “Notice: id was called incorrectly……” error listed on both product pages when viewed.

I’m not a WordPress programmer and have no idea where to fix this issues. Reading from various sources people are saying you need to change the code or “some” updated plugin will fix it.

What I’m trying to understand is where is the problem? Is it something in WP or WC? I’m using WooCommerce 3.0.4, WP version 4.7.4 & PHP version 7.1.1

If we (the public) needs to fix code – then it means there is a programming issue with either WC or WP. This according to me needs to be handled by them via a update. If people refer to a plugin that needs to be updated – then what plugin are they referring too ?.. I don’t have currently a live Payment Gateway in place.

Can one of you Technical Guys please indicate what I must do to fix this. Please be specific in your reply. If possible step-by-step.

    Any help will be appreciated!

    Regards,

    Jaco

    Hi Jaco,

Unfortunately you’re barking up the wrong tree.

This is the place for support tickets related to the WooCommerce Custom Product Tabs plugin. Based on your issue, I don’t think you’re using our plugin, and probably found this thread via Google (you’re not the only one).

In order to help solve your issue, I think you need to go to your theme developer. WooCo made updates, and themes/plugins need to make updates to correspond with them. If you don’t have any other plugins installed and you’re still seeing issues, then the issue is with the theme. If you do have other plugins installed, I would recommend turning each one off one by one in order to find out where the notice is coming from.

Also, you can continue to setup products. The “Notice: ID was called incorrectly” is not an error; it is a notice. You should be able to continue setting up and editing products without any problem.

    I hope that helped.

    Cheers,
    Kevin.

    Hi @chandresh77,

Are you using the Custom Product Tabs plugin? This is the forum for issues related to the Custom Product Tabs plugin specifically. There is most likely a conflict between your plugins and/or theme, but if your’e not using the Custom Product Tabs plugin you’ll need to narrow down which plugin is causing the issue and then post on their support forum.

I know this thread is high up on the Google Search results so it’s understandable.

    Cheers,
    Kevin.
