    Hi,

My site was updated with woocommerce 3.6.3 and the design of the woocommerce pages is messy. I can not click on my products, however when editing them directly (use WP Bakery) the information appears and the design is correct, only in the published version it does not appear.

I use the W3 Total Cache plugin and the status report that appears in the Woocommerce plugin is good, it does not present any problems.

I can not change the theme that I use because it would completely change my entire online store. I’ve seen similar complaints and they use different themes, so I do not think it’s because of the theme I use.

The same problem happened to me when I updated it to version 3.6.1 and you told me that in this version those problems would be fixed … but not

    How can I solve it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I’ve just checked the layout of your store page and it seems that the CSS styles for the columns/rows are missing or are just targeting the wrong selectors (this comes from the theme you’re using).

Just to make sure: Are you using the latest version of your theme? Have you checked for an update to your WP Bakery plugin?

If you have and you’re still coming up short, please share a copy of your system status report as found under WooCommerce > System Status

    Thanks!

My theme is updated but the WP Bakery plugin does not.

Is there any way to solve it quickly? So that my site does not look like this?

The problem is that the update of WP Bakery should be given to me by the theme, then I have to wait for it to be updated?

    Thank you

There is but the solution wouldn’t be quick or easy; It’d require a fair amount of custom CSS. Given the cost of getting a web developer, it might be worthwhile buying a standalone copy of WP Bakery and installing the latest version instead of waiting for the theme to be updated.
