Is the drop down showing “excluded”?

Can you disable all plugins excepet for WC and refresh.

If nothing after that please switch to a default theme temporarily while still keeping plugins disabled.

Hello,

The dropdown is showing including taxes.

But why disable all plugins? These plugin are needed for my webshop.
It is not possible to disable them all on a live webshop. The functionality of the shop will not work without these additional plugins.

Is there no other way?

I am having the same issue when the

WP HTML Mail – WooCommerce

plugin is activated. Deactivating it solves the problem.

Thanks for the advise.
I deactivated the WP HTML Mail plugin and now the prices are OK.
When I activate the plugin, the problem with the TAX prices is back.

I did not deactivate the plugin WP HTML Mail – WooCommerce, but only the WP HTML Mail plugin.

@stef: Is there something you can do, or do I have to report this problem else?

If the issue is not present when the WP HTML Mail plugin is deactivated then the issue lies within that plugin. You’ll want to contact the plugin author to correct their plugin to prevent this from occurring.
