woocommerce online shop

Dear team,
I am playing around with woocommerce in my Local host. Basically, I would like to open a woo ecommerce web store using flatsome theme. By the way, I found that woo has default product sorting option for shop page, which have 5/6 option for sorting product, but I need individual sorting option for my every product categories. For example, I have a category named T-shirt. In this category I need filter like filter by brand, by fabrics type, by neck type etc. On the other hand, in books category page, I need filter like filter by author, by page size, by topic. So how I can set individual filter for my individual product category page? I have tried some filter plugin, but they show same filtering option in every page. Please let me know is any simple way for doing this. I have searched google but couldn’t make this happen. Please help me to set my online shop.
