Woocommerce 5.3.0 Filter By Attributes Not Appearing on Sidebar

Let me first clarify, did the attribute filter display before, but disappeared after upgrading to WooCommerce version 5.3.0?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I installed that plugin after realizing that the attributes filter, built into woo-commerce, was no longer working. Disabling this plugin does not solve my issue. Is there anything else you are able to see in my diagnostic that could be causing the problem?

OK I see. Just to clarify, have you created global attributes under Products > Attributes, and that global attributes are added to products? If you manually add attributes to product individually, the Filter by attributes won’t work properly: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-8

If that’s how attributes are added, and still don’t show up in the side bar, I’d recommend running a conflict test – please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
