  • Hi @dantediego

    Thanks for reaching out!

You can download an XML file of your orders thru Tools > Export but if your looking for a more versatile format such as CSV, out-of-the box, this could be done thru the help of a plugin.

Checking our marketplace, I found the premium plugin WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export which can easily export customers, orders, and coupons from WooCommerce manually or on an automated schedule.

If you want to try our products, please note we have a 30-day refund policy.

If the product doesn’t work the way you need it or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to offer a full refund. You can read more about our refund policy on our website here.

    Hope this helps!

ok, another question is it possible to import external images with url included in csv file?

    Hi @dantediego

Are you referring to the built-in Product CSV Importer and Exporter here?

If so, kindly be informed that this function is used to import, export, or update hundreds or thousands of products in your WooCommerce store with a single CSV. If you’re using an external image for your products, please input the correct URL of these images under the Images column.

Here’s a sample for your reference:

    Hope this helps!
