• In this new version of the plugin I think there is a problem with the shipping methods costs, because when you put the amount with decimals, once you saved the changes, the values are truncated and therefore we cannot put exactly the cost that we need.

    For example:

    If I put an amount of 24,34€ for a shipping method , once I saved the changes the value that appear is 24,00€, and not the correct value that I have put in this cell.

    As I understand the shipping cost you added is being rounded, making it incorrect, right?

    Can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > General and check Number of decimals? Please make sure it is set to 2, as if it is set to less than that it rounds the number.

    Just to confirm, have you changed the theme recently? Because it is also possible that the theme you are using is rounding the numbers, so you might want to check that too.

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    Hello Carol,

    I have checked the settings you have tell me but the problem is not solved and the settings are correct.
    the problem has appeard just after the update of the las version of woocommerce this morning. Just after the installation of the new release 8.4.0

    Some modifications have been done on this subject in this new version. And perhaps this is a bug of this new version.
