• I’ve installed mailpoet and it’s running a few weeks allready on our site, and the customers that are sign up to our newsletter are recieving the emails and everythins is working fine.

    The issue that we have is that the wocommerce abandonded cart emails are not working. We did a test one time and this is the only mail we got.

    We really tried to do everything but we can’t find out why it happens. SMTP is setup correctly on our server and no email has ever gone lost, that’s for sure. And on the counter of mailpoet we see that mailpoet has just sent one email of abanded cart (our test) so there must be something wrong here.

    Hope you can help.

    Hi there @asafmoraz,

    Thank you for the explanation and background about your site and configuration. The fact that the email worked one time when you tested would suggest that the email should be configured correctly. Just to be sure, is it still showing as activated in your MailPoet > Emails > WooCommerce list? Opening the email to edit/check settings would deactivate the email while it’s open, and would need to be re-activated afterward.

    For the other customers that did not receive the abandoned cart emails, are they all showing as “Subscribed” in your MailPoet > Subscribers list?

    As mentioned in our documentation below, WooCommerce Automatic emails will only be send to email addresses that are subscribed:

    Hi.

    Thanks for your reply, actualy i have been checking this over and over again, tried to register users (my son, mom etc…) to the newsletter and then make a purchase after i signed up to the newsletter under their names and i have made a purchase and didn’t complete the payment and didn’t recieve any email about it. The only mail i recieved is the email from the newsletter, with this email we have no issues at all.

    Our emails are configured in SMTP through the server and none of them ever got lost.

    I’m sorry that my screenshots are in hebrew but you can probably understand. If you need me to take the screenshots in english i will do it.
