WooCommerce account, can log out but not back in

Hello there, when a customer creates an account it works great, but if they log out or clear their cookies, next time they come to log in they get told “Incorrect username or password.”

They have told me that their details are correct so I ran a test and made an account, logged out and tried to log back in again and it didn’t work.

Help me please!
