WooCommerce Account Details Disabled

Hi WP Community,
I am using WooCommerce for my business checkout page (website built with Astra Theme/ Elementor if that helps). I completed several trial purchases before taking the site live and everything appeared to be working correctly. A customer was able to complete checkout and the order was marked as “pending”. I have been waiting for the funds to appear in my account (I understand that there is usually a longer waiting period for the first transaction). However, when I checked my payments overview page yesterday (approximately 2 weeks after the order was placed), I saw a notification saying “Payment: Disabled | Deposits: Temporarily suspended”.
Now the payment button is not appearing on the checkout page at all! The original order is still “pending.”
I am not sure how to resolve this issue so that I can accept orders on my site. I will also attempt to contact Stripe in case this is a problem on their end. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Sincerely,
