    Hi, I registered a WooCommerce Account to buy a plugin subscription and would like to access to the Subscription, Support and Payment Card tabs.

    Unfortunately, I’m getting the message “In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.”, even though I definitely verified my account – three times.

    The “Resend confirmation email” button takes me to the WordPress login page, and doesn’t send a new confirmation email at all (there’s nothing in the spam folder either).

    I am unable to open a support ticket for this because I cannot access the Support tab in my account, so I’m asking here. I read about other users having the same problem and the WooCommerce support team resolving it through a manually created support ticket, so if any of them could help me out here, I would be grateful.

    If you’re still having trouble with your account, please send an email directly to [email protected] from the email address of the account you used to purchase the subscription.

    I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions about core WooCommerce features, please start a new thread.
