WooCommerce Account Under Review

My woocommerce payment account is under review. When I go to the payments plugin I get the following error: “error retrieving results”. My payments are disabled and deposits are temporarily suspended. I didn’t get an email explaining why my account is under review. How can I fix this? We just paid for an advertisement for the website which is completely wasted because customers can’t check out
