Woocommerce Add to Cart AJAX not working

Hello hopefully someone can help.

While setting up my site I realized that at some point the ajax on my add to cart has stopped working.

I had it set so that there is a product table/bulk order form with the cart next to it on one page.

Recently (I’m not sure what broke it) it changed so that the cart shows as empty when the first items are added until it is refreshed. Then after a refresh the items can be added and removed okay.

I uninstalled every plugin besides woocommerce and it’s still happening. (I just put a cart on the shop page for an example as my product selection page requires a plugin to show)

I’m new to WP so haven’t learned all the troubleshooting tips and tricks yet. I tried a few things in the guides but no luck.
I can reinstall it and redo everything as I haven’t really put content in but I just want to make sure I know what I’m doing and don’t make the same mistake again.

My best guess is that it happened when I installed Fastest Cache or when I hid the product links on the cart. But I removed the filter and deactivated the plugin to no effect.
