    Dear Gentlemen,

I have an ecommerce website which was fine until I decided to create a mega menu using header/footer feature from Elementskit. To my surprise the Add to cart button vanishes the moment I enabled it and returns back under the product on category pages as soon as I disable elements kit.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @zedd9165,

Hope you’re doing great. It could be an environmental conflict with the Theme and plugins you’re using. I would request to run a conflict test with the following steps:

    • Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
    • If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit, and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

Let us know your update, please.

    Best Regards,
    Arif

i got the same problem, it happens to be conflicting with the latest essential addons for elementor plugin. They have updated to v 5.8.16 and that causes this conflict. when rolling back essential addons for elementor to v 5.8.13 the issue is resolved. When disabling your mega menu the issue is also resolved. Maybe you devs can work this out.

    Hi @suphub,

Hope you are well. According to your query, I’ve tried to reproduce the issue with Elementor, ElementsKit, WooCommerce, and Essential Addon’s latest versions. It seems good to me. I couldn’t find conflict issues on my end (checking video).

If the issue persists on your end, I would request you follow the above steps for the conflict test.

    Advise me, please.

    Kind Regards

    Arif

Thanks for all your efforts. I see that everything is working well on your side. I use the native astra shop page. no elementor modules etc. Maybe that theme makes all the difference. Anyway, thanks for all your work and testing.

I did a test myself with the same setup,… when I use the twenty twenty four theme everything is fine, when I use the last astra theme the add to cart buttons and the short product description disappear. So it seems theme related.

    I found the problem.
The problem only occurs with the astra theme and with the following conditions:

The woo product gallery module from essential addons for elementor must be used in a drop down mega menu of elementskit lite mega menu.
When this module is used in the elementskit lite mega menu, the native Astra Woocommerce shop pages are broken.

Now that I have identified the problem, I can close this topic.

I was facing the issue due to essential addons Though i had deactivated it and reactivated it serveral times on the latest version it didn’t fix anything But when I gave it another try before disabling the plugin it fixed my issue. Now Im using woocommerce, blocksy theme, essential kit and essential addons too.

The problem only occurs in the circumstances described above. On the essential addons side they don’t do anything with this, while their plugin didn’t have this problem with version 5.8.13. I therefore removed their plugin from our site.
But this is not a fault of elementskit. So I think this topic can be closed as far as I’m concerned.
