WooCommerce adding anonymous users

    I am currently working on a new website for a company, which will be running a webshop with WooCommerce. Today a co-worker found out that over the last week Woocommerce had added almost 100 anonymous users to our site. Our site hasn’t been launched yet, so we’re a bit confused as to why this is happening.

    We’ve disabled account registration, so it’s only possible to checkout as a guest customer.

    Is there a way to stop WooCommerce from adding new users and why is it doing this?

    I’ve been googling around for the past hour, but can’t seem to come up with any explanation or solution to this.

    Turned out to be a brainfart on our part – we used WP e-commerce first, but recently switched to Woo. Turns out that WP e-comm. was the culprit.

    The exact same thing just happened to me. The client had wp e-commerce before I changed them woocommerce.
