WooCommerce addon decimal problem

Hello,
our WooCommerce settings are comma’s for decimals; and 3 numbers behind the comma’s.
If we import prices with the plugin; a price of 0,015 (in the xls) ends up as 15 (in the admin)

How come?

During the import phase (when dragging and dropping) we see that the price is displayed with a point; like 0.015.

If we change our prices in the xls to 0.015; and change our WooCommerce settings to points as a decimal; the import goes wel. 0.015 stays 0.015.

However, we want to know if this is a known bug, rather have the comma’s working in wp all import.
Because keeping the comma’s saves alot of problems in our shop; because we have some extra internal price calculations; with the result that 1.000 is thousand, but i has to be seen as 1.
