Woocommerce Admin page for orders loads really slow

    Hi!

    In the last few months, we have been having problems with the loading time in Woocommerce Admin when we navigate to: “Woocommerce – Orders”.. It sometimes takes 1-2 minutes for the orders to load.

    It’s only the page with “All orders” that takes time, an individual order loads quickly.

    I tried to disable “Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce”, and then everything went fast. Do you know what causes this or what can be done about it?

    Hi,

    First of all, I apologize for my delayed response and for the inconvenience caused to you due to our plugin.

    We are not sure what is the exact reason behind this problem as the same issue is not occurring at our end. But if you can share some information then I will surely have a look at it and find out the root cause of an issue.

    First, can you tell me when our plugin is activated, is there any error message has been logged into the debug log file or in the console log?

    Or you can create a support ticket here on our Ticketing system and provide us with the admin and FTP credentials of your site? So that we will check the issue and try to fix it as early as possible.
